- Challenge
- A large print company: service engineers on site visits every day, repairs and equipment deliveries under service contracts, records in the CRM. The dispatcher assigned visits by calls and messages, ticket status in the CRM lagged behind reality, photos and signed service reports got lost, and depot repairs shipped by post were tracked by no one. Engineers would not install a separate mobile app. Customer marketing was irregular
- What we did
- Deployed Feed Hub: a field-service app inside the messenger the team already uses. The dispatcher creates a ticket and assigns an engineer, scheduling is automatic. The engineer picks up incoming tickets and moves them through states: assigned, en route, on site, awaiting parts, closed. Adds photos, comments, the signed service report, consumables used. For depot repairs: registration, the courier waybill number, parcel-tracking status in the same ticket. Every action syncs with the CRM: the case is linked to the account, contact, the equipment's serial number and its service contract. Alongside, a marketing automation module: segments, campaigns, triggered journeys from the same CRM data
- Result
- Visits and repairs are run from the CRM, engineers work from a chat with no separate app and no calls. Every ticket's status in the CRM matches what is happening on site, reports and photos sit in the case, the depot parcel is tracked. Marketing campaigns run automatically
